group of journalists from around Bolivia on techniques to improve the production of news. She also covered many emerging issues in media, including digital media and citizen journalism. These journalists are receiving hands-on training with professional video and audio equipment, and are producing news stories to show at the end of the workshop. Ms. Cuevas' program will run for two weeks and over 100 journalists in total will participate in La Paz and Cochabamba.
